How to Request Support
To access support for a child or young person with NeuroKids, please follow these steps:
1. Complete the Request for Support Form

To begin the referral process, please contact us via the General Enquiries Form or email us directly at info@neurokids.co.uk.

Once we receive your inquiry, we will send you a “Request for Support” form.

When completing the form, please ensure all necessary client details are included. This helps us accurately match the case with the most suitable clinician, ensuring the best possible support for the child or young person.
2. Submit the Request for Support

Email Submission: Send the completed form via encrypted email to support@neurokids.co.uk.
3. Referral Review & Clinician Matching
Once we receive your request, we will:

Match your client with the most appropriate clinician.

Provide clinician CVs for your review.

Discuss the assessment process and next steps.

Agree on Terms and Conditions before proceeding with care.
