How to Request Support
To access support for a child or young person with NeuroKids, please follow these steps:
1. Request Support
To begin the support process, please contact us via the General Enquiries Form, call us on 0800 099 6445 or email us directly at info@neurokids.co.uk.
If further information is required after your initial enquiry, we will ask you to complete our Request for Support Form

When completing the form, please ensure all necessary client details are included. This helps us accurately match the case with the most suitable clinician, ensuring the best possible support for the child or young person.

2. Quote & Clinician Matching
Once we receive your request, we will:

Contact you to discuss you or your client's needs and the type of support required.

Identify and recommend the most appropriate clinician based on the client’s profile and presenting needs.

Share clinician CVs for your consideration and approval.

Provide a tailored quote outlining the proposed work, scope and cost.
3. Agreeing T&Cs & Consent
Once the quote has been accepted we will:

Confirm and agree upon our Terms and Conditions before proceeding with care.

Obtain sighed consent for psychological treatment and data handling.
- Proceed with the assessment process, including planning and scheduling the necessary steps.
