For Parents & Self-Funding Families
For parents making direct enquiries, we work to clearly defined assessment pathways with fixed fees, which are set out in our service-specific information guides.

For Case Managers, Solicitors & Professional Referrers
Where NeuroKids is formally instructed by a case manager, solicitor, or commissioning body, fees are charged on a time-cost basis, reflecting the complexity and scope of the work.
Standard Rates

Clinical Work: £180 – £250 per hour

Liaison, MDT Input, Consultation and Update Reports: Charged at the standard hourly rate

Training, Supervision and Professional Consultation: Charged at the standard hourly rate
Typical Time Ranges (Indicative Only)

Neuropsychology Needs Assessments: Typically 4–8 hours for assessment and report

Neuropsychological Assessments: Typically 14-18 hours for assessment and report

SEN / School-Focused Reviews (non-tribunal): Typically 14-18 hours for assessment and repor

Psychological Therapy Assessments: Typically 2–4 hours for assessment and report

Therapeutic Provision: Typically delivered in 1–2 hour sessions
All instructed work is scoped and costed following receipt of a letter of instruction, with estimates provided in advance.
